It's the official countdown - we're in the final hours of saying an emotional farewell to Rise and Apricity (eek). But, we're also just days away from saying an even more emotional welcome to Dextera (double eek). We promised to keep the last email to you all brief and to the point. So, here we go...
From 4pm, access to Rise and Apricity systems will no longer be available.
You won't have access to any systems this coming weekend so please be sure you have a copy of any documents you may need over that time.
You can submit any new cases as normal up until this point. All live cases will be migrated into the new system, Dextera, ready for you to access on Monday as normal.
From 8am, Dextera is live and available for you to go in and access as normal.

Also note that the Para-Sols and Apricity websites will also be redirected to our new Verve website - so don't be alarmed when they disappear!

Logging in to Dextera: A step by step guide.
On Monday morning, you'll recieve an automated email from Dextera (it'll be sent to the same email address you use currently). You will also be able to access Dextera by clicking here, or the log in button located in the top right corner of the Verve website (which will appear on Monday!).
To add an additional layer of security to our systems and to minimise the need for password sharing, you'll now receive a 'magic token' in your mailbox each time you log in. Just copy and paste the token into the log in screen and get immediate access to your new dashboard.
If you are the designated Lead User for your firm, you'll be prompted to read and sign your new Terms of Business. No big changes, they're just an updated version to reflect our consolidation to The Verve Group and the use of Dextera.
Get off to a flying start.
All users will be able to access, and see the status, of any live paraplanning cases and file checks which they have uploaded or where they are the assigned adviser on that case. For a deeper look around, head over to the 'Projects' area of the system.
Apricity Managed clients will be able to access all existing company documents from within the new 'Firm Framework' area.

The Lead User will be able to see all other users within their team in the Firm Profile > Staff area of the system - all active users within the current systems will be migrated over.
The Lead User will have full system access (as they are considered the 'paid user' for that firm); all other users will be migrated as 'free users' unless you are already paying for additional users via our Apricity Managed and Lite service.
If you haven't already, be sure to register for one of our remaining demo sessions so you and your team can have a good look round the new system, explore the additional features and ask any burning questions.
